We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator for our Westchester County territory. This role will support the office’s Recruitment Manager with all aspects of recruiting and human resources compliance.
Job responsibilities include:
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Scheduling and assisting with on-boarding process of new caregivers
- Conducting reference checks on applicants
- Maintaining all employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
The right candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR and/or recruitment
- College degree preferred
- Home care experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and an engaging personality
