Pricing

With the exception of long-term care insurance, our services are all private pay, not covered by Medicare or private insurance. See more detailed pricing information below.

Transparency

While what we present below is not an exhaustive list of all prices and service options, we present these basic rates to be transparent in assisting you to best understand the general cost of your service needs. Our rates are intentionally straightforward and uniform to show integrity, and to provide dignity and respect. Pricing does not change in relation to your care needs, and never in relation to your financial capacity.

No Long-Term Contract

If you decide to move forward with us, there is no long-term contract to sign. Instead, we have a simple Service Agreement that allows you change or cancel services with twenty-four hours’ notice. We take a one-week deposit that is applied to your last week of services, and we bill weekly. We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH.

When Needs Change

We understand that each person’s care needs are fluid and will change over time. Our RN supervisors will work closely with you to adjust the service schedule to be appropriate to your specific situation. Some clients require additional services over time, while others recover and can cut back. Still others may change the service offering altogether, perhaps starting with nursing services, then transitioning to a home health aide. The schedule of services that you choose to start with can be changed at any time with only twenty-four hours’ notice. This is a ‘people’ business which means that things will change. We structure our process accordingly to be simple and to enhance efficiency.
