As the Executive Director of the Osterville office, I oversee the day to day operations of the South Shore, Cape Cod, and the Islands. My background as a U.S. Marine as well as being a Registered Nurse affords me the privilege of ensuring that Privatus clients receive outstanding care with exceptional customer service. It is a joy to work with a devoted team that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of our clients and caregivers alike.
Having worked in various roles in healthcare for over twenty one years, I bring diverse experiences to my role as a Client Services Coordinator. In our Osterville office we all work closely together, always supporting each other – very much a family feel which I believe is evident to our clients and caregivers. I also enjoy getting to know our caregivers which helps me to best match them to our clients with confidence.
Not a ‘wash-ashore’, Cape Cod has been home for my entire life. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren.
As a Supervisor of Client Services, I have the privilege of really getting to know our clients and their loved ones. Visiting them in their homes, taking the time to truly listen to their challenges and passions, regularly affords me the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships. Family members are comforted knowing that I check in regularly and keep them informed.
While out visiting clients, I witness our caregivers going above and beyond for our clients every day and that makes me proud to work for a company that hires such high quality individuals.
With over 20 years of nursing experience in various settings, including the emergency room, intensive care units, rehabilitation centers, and home care, I am fortunate to have significant experience with problem-solving and managing issues as they arise.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children. We love the outdoors and taking advantage of all the Cape has to offer—especially the beach!
As the Recruitment Manager for Cape Cod and The Islands, my role is to recruit and onboard quality caregivers to provide services to our clients. Having recently relocated to the Cape, I wanted to find an organization that I could feel good being a part of – I have found that in Privatus. It is a pleasure to work with a team of individuals who genuinely care about each other and every one of our clients. The most satisfying part of my job is hearing positive feedback from a family member regarding a caregiver that I brought on.
As a Client Services Consultant, I have the opportunity and the distinct pleasure of bringing over forty years of nursing experience to my role with Privatus. In this multifaceted role I work with clients and their families to develop a personalized plan of care based on their preferences, clinical needs, and personal goals. This includes being an educator, a facilitator, and a resource for clients and caregivers alike.
While I have had many positions as a nurse over the years, this one is particularly rewarding. At the end of the day, I feel like I have contributed to making someone’s day a little better, perhaps eased someone’s mind, and helped someone to live in the setting of their choice. That makes for a pretty good day!
I joined the Privatus team here on Cape Cod after having worked at several Cape Cod Assisted Living Communities. With varied experiences in marketing, management, and as a caregiver, I have a unique understanding of our business from different perspectives. My role is to recruit the very best caregivers who will exceed the expectations of our clients and I am delighted to be part of such a professional and collaborative team. Cape Cod has been my home for the last 20 years. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to Irish music, boating, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
As a Supervisor of Client Services, I have the privilege of visiting Privatus clients and their families in the comfort of their home setting. By collaborating with our clients and their loved ones, we create a unique plan of care that best meets the specific needs and preferences of each client. We re-visit our clients frequently to re-evaluate and modify their plan of care as needed.
I value the trusting relationships that I have with my clients and their families. I work closely with a team of Privatus caregivers who continue to impress their clients, as well as myself, with their unwavering devotion and professionalism.
My 40 years of nursing experience includes the settings of medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, geriatrics, home care, and hospice.
After many years of spending our weekends and vacations on Cape Cod, my husband and I decided to move to Yarmouth full-time last year. We enjoy spending our leisure time driving along the National Seashore to explore the quaint towns and villages here at the Cape.
In my role as a Privatus Lifestyle Concierge, I have the great privilege of meeting with clients in their homes to learn about their lives and personal interests, and to explore ways to support these interests even in the face of health or aging challenges. My decades of experience as a counselor has given me a solid background to confidently assist our clients. I love listening to their stories and getting to know their families, close friends, and pets. I also love finding ways to recognize and support the outstanding team of caregivers here at Privatus.
Being part of the Cape Cod Team, a dedicated and compassionate group of professionals, inspires me to raise the bar every day. Another perk of being on the Privatus Cape Cod Team: we are never – and I mean NEVER – without chocolate in our office.
As a Client Services Coordinator at Privatus, I utilize my multi-faceted past experiences to provide high-level support to our clients and caregivers. Being a former educator, I enjoy providing ‘inspiration’ to all to make everyone’s experience a positive one. My former management experience helps me to understand priorities as well as ways to be proactive. I truly enjoy the team spirit at Privatus, and look forward to each day in my role assisting our clients and caregivers.
I have spent the last fifteen years in the healthcare industry mostly within the skilled nursing care settings. In my role as Client Services Consultant, I assist families to find the right support necessary to provide top notch care for their loved ones. I enjoy advocating for our clients, helping them to navigate through a difficult time, and reducing the stress of the situation.
It is an honor to be part of such a caring team!
Most of my career I have worked as a caregiver in a variety of settings. It has always been a pleasure to brighten someone’s day. In my role as a Client Services Coordinator, I bring my passion for customer service and dedication to caregiver satisfaction to the role. While days can be challenging when blending these two objectives, it is especially rewarding when we hear rave reviews.
